Strategi Peningkatan Performa Pendapatan Non – Aeronautika Berbasis Mix Marketing, Market Orientation dengan Word-Of-Mouth (Testimony) Sebagai Variabel Moderator
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh atas strategi Mix Marketing, Market Orientation, Competitive Advantage, Product Differentiation terhadap performa Pendapatan Non Aeronautika yang berasal dari konsesi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan Word-Of-Mouth (Testimony) sebagai variabel moderator untuk melihat perannya di dalam memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan Pendapatan Non Aeronautika yang berasal dari konsesi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu desain kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan kuesioner kepada 160 responden yang berasal dari penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. Proses analisis yang digunakan yaitu berupa deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode SEM Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan bantuan SmartPLS 3.0 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antar variabel dimana Marketing Mix yang melalui Market Orientation yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap Pendapatan Non Aeronautika yang berasal dari konsesi dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya.
