Research on the value of community satisfaction is important to do to see how is there any influence on the performance of the police in West Kalimantan? This is done to measure the performance of the police which is assessed from the perspective of the community. Public trust is very important for the police to form synergy among the community. The value of community satisfaction to service users by measuring the satisfaction of service users. Considering that public service units are very diverse, to obtain a national Public Service Index, we conduct a Community Satisfaction Survey in West Kalimantan in the context of the National Police's performance. The theory used is the theory of satisfaction and management theory in managing a government or agency. The method used was a survey with qualitative methodological analysis. The survey method was obtained from the source of the West Kalimantan Police Chief's report in assessing community satisfaction. The result obtained is an analysis of the satisfaction value with the variable public trust in the police in West Kalimantan with a study based on survey results.
