Surabaya memiliki beberapa tempat pariwisata salah satunya adalah museum. Museum merupakan sebuah benda yang mengumpulkan, mendokumentasikan, melindungi, memamerkan dan menunjukkan materi bukti dan memberikan informasi pada masa lampau ke informasi umum. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Museum Sepuluh November Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata di Museum Sepuluh November Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan literatur review, kombinasi antara analisis SWOT dan literatur review jurnal bahwa strategi pengembangan Museum Sepuluh November Surabaya menarik para wisatawan karena menarik wisatawan karena Museum Sepuluh Nopember adalah letak museum yang strategis berada ditengah kota Surabaya sehingga akses jalan menuju museum sepuluh nopember tersbut mudah untuk dikunjungi wisatawan dan akan menjadi keuntungan bagi pemerintah kota Surabaya.
