Bullying menjadi salah satu dari tiga dosa besar Pendidikan yang harus ditanggulangi dan dicegah. Tujuan Pendidikan agar siswa mencapai kemandirian dan kebahagiaan hidup tentunya akan tercapai jika Bullying bisa dicegah. Kajian literatur digunakan karena keterbatasan peneliti melakukan penelitian langsung pada lingkungan nyata. PERMA+ menjadi salah satu pendekatan psikologi positif yang dapat dikembangkan dalam rancangan implementasi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konsleing di skeolah dalam mencegah Bullying dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan-wellbeing. PERMA+ Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationship, Meaning, Accomplishment.+kesehatan fisik dan Nutrisi, menjadi elemen-elemen yang dikembangkan melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Setiap elemen memberikan kontribusi tersendiri melalui tema dan materi yang disampaikan menjadi strategi implementasi yang dirancang dan dapat dikembangkan dan dicobakan lebih lanjut di sekolah-sekolah
